	Would you like to spend a week (fishing, horse riding, cycling, walking, site-seeing or just resting) among hills, valleys, lakes and woodland
	in the BEAUTIFUL NATURAL PARK OF MORVAN BURGUNDY, FRANCE?
	If you love unspoilt Nature, beautiful scenery, wild flowers, birds and butterfies, then our new, comfortable gite, created above Lac Panneciere, overlooking wooded hills and valleys is just for you. The glorious view from our home made us buy the property in the first place. We love it here and we would like to share our pleasure with you.
	We have provided everything in the gite that we, ourselves, would hope to find when renting holiday accommodation. As it is a new gite, we installed some modern features not yet found everywhere, such as the large walk-in shower in the wet room. There are two toilets, one in the bathroom and one in the wetroom. Both these areas have heated towel rails.
	The lounge is a comfortable sitting area with television, DVD, CDs, VHS, books and magazines. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need: modern electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, double sink unit, cupboard space with crockery and cooking utensils as well as a table and chairs for indoor eating. The garden eating area is just outside the French windows, overlooking the meadow. Alternatively, there is a separate barbecue and eating area between the gite and the swimming pool.

	If you wish to sample the local cuisine there are a number of inexpensive bars and restaurants in Chateau Chinon and other towns in the area as well as the local auberges. Or, if you are happy to spend a morgage, visit the best Michelin Star restaurants and vineyards in Burgundy. You have a choice there too. But you do not have to do any of these things if you feel like lazing about by the pool and enjoy the tranquility of the area.
	A change is as good as a rest, as they say, so eventually you may like to venture out riding, fishing, walking or visiting the regions many attractions, museums, exhibitions, historic places and, of course, the traditional French Markets held weekly in most places in Burgundy.
